Mr. Ahmed Fattah Abdulrahman, Ph.D. student and Lecturer at the Department of Physics of UOZ, represented the University of Zakho in the 2nd International Conference on Applied Physics And Engineering (ICAPE 2016) “The New Frontier In Applied Physics & Engineering” in Penang, Malaysia from 2 to 3 of November, 2016. The conference was sponsored by the University Technology Mara, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.

Mr. Ahmed presented his paper and participated in the discussion sessions. The paper on “Fabrication, Characterization of ZnO Nanorods on the Flexible Substrate (Kapton Tape) Via Chemical Bath Deposition method for UV Photodetector Applications” And which has been accepted in a journal indexed in SCOPUS.
